Vivo has silently launched its new Vivo S60t smartphone in China, bringing a combination of a massive battery, high-refresh-rate AMOLED display and powerful camera hardware to the upper-midrange segment. The smartphone comes with a 7,200mAh battery and supports 90W fast charging, making battery life one of its biggest highlights.
The Vivo S60t features a 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 2750 × 1260-pixel resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The panel supports 10-bit colour, HDR and P3 wide colour gamut, while the touch sampling rate can reach 300Hz in gaming mode, making the phone suitable for gaming and fast-paced content.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, paired with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. It runs Android 17-based OriginOS 7 and also supports memory fusion for additional virtual RAM.
Photography is another major highlight. The S60t gets a 50MP Sony LYTIA 700V primary camera with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with OIS. The periscope camera supports up to 100x digital zoom, while the front houses a 50MP autofocus selfie camera. Both the main and periscope cameras can record 4K video.
The phone also features an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, 5G connectivity and a premium design. It is available in 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB configurations, starting at CNY 3,599 in China. Vivo has not yet announced international or India availability.
