BAFTA winner Danny Brocklehurst is back with a tense new relationship drama titled Adultery, starring Dominic Cooper and Romola Garai. The six-part series centers on two people drawn into a passionate and forbidden affair after their children begin dating. As Tom, played by Cooper, and Beth, played by Garai, attempt to conceal their betrayal, the narrative explores the high stakes of keeping dangerous secrets. Production teams notably filmed multiple different endings for the project, ensuring viewers remain guessing until the final moments of the six-episode run.
For viewers located in the United Kingdom, catching the entire series costs nothing. ITV1 and its companion streaming platform, ITVX, are broadcasting all six episodes for free. UK audiences can watch individual episodes as they air weekly on ITV1, or access the entire box set directly on the ITVX platform. Accessing ITVX requires a free account registration along with a valid UK TV licence for digital content consumption.
Viewers traveling or living outside the UK face regional broadcasting restrictions since the show is an exclusive ITV production without immediate distribution in the US, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand. However, British citizens currently abroad can bypass these geo-blocks by utilizing a virtual private network service like NordVPN. Connecting to a UK server through a VPN allows users to access their domestic ITVX accounts and stream every twist of the thriller from anywhere in the world.
