Meta Launches Meta Enterprise Platform for Businesses
Meta has announced Meta Enterprise Platform, a new business-focused initiative designed to bring the company's AI models, agents, infrastructure and developer tools to organizations.
Meta says the platform will initially focus on bringing its technology stack — including Muse, Meta Business Agent, Muse API and Muse Code — to businesses and developers. The company says these tools are intended to help organizations use AI across business operations and growth initiatives.

What Is Meta Enterprise Platform?
Meta Enterprise Platform is designed to turn Meta's existing AI technologies into products and services that companies can deploy for their own businesses.
According to Meta, the initiative will combine its AI models and agents with its large-scale infrastructure and experience working with businesses. The company says security and privacy will be built into its enterprise products from the beginning.

Muse and Meta Business Agent
One of the technologies included in the platform is Muse, Meta's AI agent technology. Meta also plans to bring Meta Business Agent to businesses as part of its enterprise offering.
These technologies are intended to help organizations use AI agents for business-related tasks and customer interactions.
Meta says its enterprise strategy will focus on helping companies deploy its AI technology for their own operations rather than limiting these capabilities to consumer products.

Muse API and Muse Code
Meta is also bringing developer-focused tools to the new platform.
Muse API is intended to allow developers and businesses to work with Meta's AI technology programmatically. Meanwhile, Muse Code is part of Meta's effort to provide AI-powered coding capabilities to enterprise users and developers.
Together, these tools could allow businesses to integrate Meta's AI capabilities into their own applications and workflows.

Former MongoDB CEO CJ Desai Joins Meta
Meta has appointed Chirantan “CJ” Desai as its Chief Enterprise Platform Officer to lead the new initiative.
Desai joins Meta from MongoDB, where he served as CEO and President. Before MongoDB, he held leadership roles at Cloudflare and ServiceNow, including serving as President and COO at ServiceNow. He will report directly to Meta founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

Meta's Push Into Enterprise AI
Meta's move puts more focus on the enterprise AI market, where companies are increasingly using AI models, coding assistants and autonomous agents to support business operations.
Meta says its existing relationships with hundreds of millions of businesses give it a strong base for developing enterprise AI products. The company plans to expand the platform over the coming years as businesses adopt more AI-powered tools.

What This Means for Businesses
With Meta Enterprise Platform, companies will have access to a broader set of Meta AI technologies through a business-focused offering.
The initial platform includes AI agents, APIs and coding tools, giving developers and organizations multiple ways to integrate Meta's technology into their own workflows and applications.
Meta says this is the beginning of a new major business pillar focused on helping organizations use AI to grow and transform their operations.
