ASRock has introduced new configurations of its DeskSlim compact workstation series, bringing professional-grade NVIDIA RTX PRO Blackwell graphics into an extremely small desktop form factor. The company announced the systems on October 2, 2026, positioning the DeskSlim X600 and DeskSlim B760 as compact machines for AI development, 3D visualization, CAD, engineering, content creation and other graphics-intensive professional workloads.
The biggest highlight is the ability to install NVIDIA RTX PRO 4000 Blackwell SFF Edition or RTX PRO 2000 Blackwell graphics cards inside the compact chassis. The RTX PRO 4000 SFF Edition comes with 24GB of GDDR7 ECC memory, while the RTX PRO 2000 provides 16GB of GDDR7 ECC memory. Both are designed for professional applications where graphics performance, reliability and memory error correction are important.
Despite measuring only around 5 liters, the DeskSlim retains features normally associated with much larger desktop workstations. It includes a PCIe 5.0 x16 slot for a low-profile graphics card, four DDR5 memory slots supporting up to 256GB of RAM, two M.2 SSD slots and two SATA ports.
The AMD-based DeskSlim X600 supports Ryzen 7000, 8000 and 9000 desktop processors with CPUs up to 120W, while the Intel-based DeskSlim B760 supports 12th-, 13th- and 14th-generation Core desktop processors up to 125W. ASRock says both systems are available through its global distribution network.
The launch shows how workstation hardware is moving toward smaller, more efficient systems without completely sacrificing expandability or professional GPU performance.
