Pentagon Files Reveal Sighting of Silent Triangular Craft by Federal Agents

Federal agents operating in the western United States observed a mysterious matte black triangular aircraft performing vertical maneuvers near a national security site earlier this year, according to newly declassified Department of Defense documents. Witnesses described the object as completely silent, possessing a wingspan between 13 and 15 feet with a fuselage length of six to nine feet. The vertical thickness of the unidentified craft measured approximately one to two feet.

The DOD report highlights the unusual flight characteristics of the object, noting that it maintained a fixed horizontal alignment without any tilt or sway during a ten-second vertical ascent. After climbing 200 to 300 feet above a local ridge line, the craft stopped instantly and held a stable hover for twenty seconds. It then transitioned immediately into high-speed horizontal flight, executing a rapid banking maneuver and terrain-hugging descent into a canyon within three seconds.

FBI files concerning the incident include nine sequential images resembling a flipbook, though the documents do not clarify whether these graphics represent authentic photographs or artistic renderings. Analysis via digital watermarking tools like SynthID showed no traces of common AI generation watermarks, though simple editing software or alternative tools could have been utilized. Investigators noted that primary witnesses experienced no physical anomalies, and nearby equipment recorded no electromagnetic interference during the event.

These disclosures form part of ongoing periodic releases by the Pentagon regarding unidentified anomalous phenomena, historically termed UFOs. While the government continues to document these unusual aerial encounters, the reports stop short of resolving whether such advanced aircraft originate from classified domestic programs, foreign adversaries, or entirely unknown sources.
