Oracle is introducing a suite of artificial intelligence applications aimed at shifting customer service from a reactive model to a proactive one. Unveiled at the company's AI World conference, the Fusion Agentic Applications for Customer Experience are built to handle complex business processes from start to finish rather than just assisting human representatives.
At the center of this new lineup is the Service Health Check application, which relies on Oracle's recently launched Fusion Claw agentic execution system. This underlying technology is capable of reasoning across enterprise data, conducting research, modeling potential outcomes, and carrying out actions autonomously while keeping humans involved for critical decision-making points.
Rather than waiting for frustrated consumers to reach out through support channels, the system monitors early warning signs that historically correlate with drops in customer retention. By surfacing these emerging issues and offering actionable recommendations, the platform aims to help businesses resolve recurring friction points before they impact a broader audience.
Applications Development SVP Kartik Raghavan noted that connecting customer demand with enterprise capacity in a timely manner remains a persistent hurdle for corporate leaders. By automating the tedious process of monitoring performance dashboards and investigating underlying patterns, the new tools are intended to free up human workers to focus on strategic growth and revenue generation.
