A secretive collective calling itself the Capytistas is preparing to publish the residential addresses of more than 150 properties allegedly owned by the world's wealthiest individuals. The group has reportedly gathered over $1 million in funding for the project, which aims to expose the private properties of the top one percent. Elon Musk and associates close to him are the primary target for the initial data release, according to documents reviewed by media outlets. The upcoming dossier on Musk is expected to feature dozens of previously unreported addresses connected to the billionaire, his brother Kimbal, and members of the Tesla board of directors.

Beyond physical locations, the planned data dump intends to distribute thousands of records highlighting what the collective alleges are security lapses and criminal exploits. Operating under a modified labor organizer slogan stating that those harming democracy have names and addresses, the group has openly embraced doxing as a tactic to force transparency. While Musk serves as the initial high-profile target to capture public attention, organizers indicate their broader campaign will eventually focus on individuals who profit from the military-industrial complex, the prison-industrial complex, and the expanding surveillance state.

Security concerns surrounding the planned leaks are substantial, particularly given Musk's past enforcement actions against platforms tracking his personal movements. The collective claims the objective is not physical harm, but rather to make ultra-wealthy elites uncomfortable and signal that the public is paying attention. Organizers suggest that exposing these private holdings might encourage de-escalation amid growing societal tensions, though affected individuals are widely expected to challenge the publication citing immediate personal safety risks.
